While cool reviews are being published around the web for almost all the BRR bands, we are waiting for the 24th of March to be in Rome with our friends and band members of Crimen and Jarman. They've organized the show dedicated to our dream, called "La nuit de la Roche Noir". The show will be with the support of Valerian Swing, band based in Correggio (Italy) few years ago and now on the international scene after they recorded last album in Seattle with the producer Matt Bayles (Mastodon, Isis e Pearl Jam). And the Black Rock Records will be there! So see you on Thursday 24 March 2011 location Dal Verme, Rome.

Don't care about... we always will be here, to deal very high level post music! So, waiting for the Jarman band from Rome to be part of BRR, we will be joined by Musty Wig, that recently have toured on the west coast of USA, after different years of activity. Moreover, we probably will be in contact and part of one of a big company that actually distributes and promotes around the world many labels and artists.
Next week we will republish all works by our artists, while we ask to be supported by you.

Advance promo release, a more official debut for Spjral, four piece from Naples, Italy, one-more time self-produced via Their own label BlackRock.
Better recordings, finally a higher quality, - instrumental tracks, black tones à la Melvins' sludge metal rainbow, long meditative pieces, even longer you expected (Lightdrome, over 10 minutes), mid-tempos, heavy guitar riffs, a well done work of microphones around the drumkit (listening to their songs with the headphones been like sitting on the drum throne), - probably Their stoner doom backbone, I think.
Traces of tribal mantra on Rise of Machina, more psychedelic smokes on Lightdrome, I think if they found more balance among mysticism (sensed through the faun flutes of Strings Ray Through Eclipse) and being rancid, they might develop a more gigantic feeling, I mean, when you explore a such so minimalist territory, You have to turn the air into your glue, so that each detail in it is a concrete part of the unity. And unity is identity.
Once said these bullshits, Pisces is a pleasant half hour of digressive sedative rhythmics and passive-aggressive passages.

Hi folks! BlackRock Records starts today its own blogging. BlackRock Records was primarily involved to produce and publish Spjral band's works. Now it's searching for and enriching its catalog with new indie bands.
